St. Francis

RATES: Summer – $8495/wk , Fall/Spring – $6371/wk , Early Winter – $4248/wk The St. Francis home is a beautiful five bedroom house just west of the main Mary Hill estate. It has a wonderful living space with 35 foot vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows facing Big Chip lake. The oversized kitchen will easily accommodate your group regardless of size. This house was built in the mid-90’s and still has features (formica countertops, etc.) from that time. On the east side of the main level is the master bedroom (king bed) with private bath and sliding glass doors out to the spacious lakeside deck. On the west side of the main level of this home are two bedrooms, one with a great lake view, that share a common bathroom (two separate toilet & shower areas – see floor plan). The southwest bedroom has a king bed and the northwest bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs you will find gorgeous views out to the lake and two nice sized bedrooms that share a common bathroom. One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. The other upstairs bedroom has a king bed and two twin beds. This house sleeps a maximum of fourteen people. St Francis will have exclusive use of two electric golf carts and will have full access to all the shared amenities that Brentwood has to offer (see the amenities section). All four of our rental units will have shared use of our five complimentary boats (see the equipment section).
