Included Boats

What’s keeping you from taking the family on that incredible Minnesota lakes vacation?  OK, I get it!!  You don’t own a boat, have no water skis, wakeboards, tubes and life jackets.  What fun is it to go to the lake and sit all week on shore watching other people out in their boats?

Well at Brentwood you have five boats for your shared use.  We will make sure no one renter monopolizes any, or all, of the boats.  Everyone who rents a house or apartment from us should get ample time on the water.  Like almost everything else here, there is no extra charge for the boats.  You simply pay us for the gasoline you use.

If you happen to damage one of our boats, you will be responsible for the cost of repairing the boat.  We are currently checking into the cost of damage waiver insurance for any guest that may want to purchase it.

We will make sure that everyone leaving the dock in a boat has a life jacket.  It will be your responsibility to operate the boat in a safe manner just like you would if it was your own.
