St. Anne

RATES: Summer – $5900/wk , Fall/Spring – $4425/wk , Early Winter – $2950/wk St. Anne is a cozy 3,448 sq. ft. three bedroom, three and one-half bath home tucked away in the woods but only a few seconds golf cart ride from the beach and lake. It is actually the largest of our rental homes in terms of square footage having three separate spacious sitting areas. If you want to get away from the lively environment around the beach, dock or sand volleyball court and curl up with a great book, St. Anne’s secluded indoor or outdoor private sitting areas are just for you. This home has lots of family space with a main level all-glass sitting area, main level formal living room with vaulted ceilings, and a nice family room on the lower walk-out level. The kitchen and formal dining area are more than big enough to accommodate those calling St. Anne home for the week. Like the other rental homes, this house was built in the mid-90’s and still has features (formica counter-tops, etc.) from that time. There are two upstairs bedrooms that each have a their own full bathroom and sliding door onto a private balcony. On the lower level is a third bedroom with a private full bath. St Anne is the only rental home at Brentwood that has a screened-in porch for sitting outside at night away from the mosquitoes. This house sleeps a maximum of ten people.
