St. Joachim

RATES: Summer – $1790/wk , Fall/Spring – $1340/wk , Early Winter – $895/wk Aren’t going to the lake with a group large enough to justify renting a whole house? Not to worry, Brentwood has one cute studio apartment. The apartment, St Joachim, is a 674 sq ft unit above the malt shop near the St. Anne home. This nice little living space is a cozy get-away for one or two people with a mini kitchen, queen bed, and small sitting area all in one space. This unit also has a full bathroom. Just in case you were wondering, the malt shop below is only open for a couple hours each day and the remainder of the time the entire building is all yours. St Joachim will have exclusive use of one electric golf cart and will have full access to all the shared amenities that Brentwood has to offer (see the amenities section). All four of our rental units will have shared use of our five complimentary boats (see the equipment section). Since Joachim is the smaller unit it will initially have a lower priority on boat reservations in the event two rentals want the same boat at the same time. Throughout the week, however, we will ensure that even our St. Joachim guests get considerable “boat time”. All of our homes and the apartment rent weekly during the peak summer season. You may arrive later or leave earlier but will still be charged the weekly rate. As noted above, check-in and check-out are on Friday. We accept weekly rental reservations up to 24 months.
