St. Michael

RATES: Summer – $6200/wk , Fall/Spring – $4650/wk , Early Winter – $3100/wk St. Michael is closest to the main entrance gate and farthest from the beach of our three rental houses. It’s still only a one or two minute golf cart ride to the beach and boats. Like the St. Francis and St. Anne homes, this house was built in the mid-90’s and still has many features from that time. This beautiful 3,065 sq. ft. five bedroom home has updated granite kitchen and bathroom countertops. It has a great sunroom and vaulted-ceiling living room. St Michael has three bedrooms (one king and two queens) and two bathrooms on the main level. The lower level has a large family room, two more bedrooms (one king and one queen) and one bathroom. There is also a bonus sixth room in the lower level with two twin beds. Attached to this home is a very large three stall garage. St Michael backs up to a huge open lawn area perfect for a baseball, football, or soccer game. This house sleeps a maximum of twelve people. St Michael will have exclusive use of two electric golf carts and will have full access to all the shared amenities that Brentwood has to offer (see the amenities section). All four of our rental units will have shared use of our five complimentary boats (see the equipment section). St Michael will initially have the second highest priority on boat reservations in the event two rentals want the same boat at the same time.
