The Main Lodge (Mary Hill)
Mary Hill is the main 11,000 square foot estate on the Brentwood property. The owners live on the main level and manage the property from that location. The lower level has common use areas for the enjoyment of the registered guests staying in one of our three rental homes or the apartment. Gatherings hosted by the owners throughout the week will take place at the Mary Hill house. See the article below for a detailed listing of the shared amenities on the Mary Hill lower walk-out level.
MARY HILL UPPER LEVEL
Guests will check-in for their week stay in the great room just inside the front door. The remainder of this level is reserved for the exclusive use of the Brentwood owners.
MARY HILL LOWER LEVEL
Except for two bedrooms, the entire lower level of Mary Hill is open to the registered guests staying in the other Brentwood houses and apartment. The shared amenities on the lower level are:
– Lovely screened-in outdoor sitting area
– Spacious hospitality/meeting area
– 15 seat movie theater
– Billiards room with partial kitchen
– Incredible heated indoor pool and hot tub
– Two half baths & shower facilities
– Laundry facilities
